Our Strength
Design
Workshop and design department are internally well connected for existing products and new developments. All products designs, 3 dimensions models are making on advanced computer aided design software. Design engineers strictly follow relevant international valve standards. We have all necessary standards books i.e. BS, ASME, DIN, IS etc.
Traceability
It is our stubborn policy to match heat no of casting which described in test certificate. Traceability is also subjected to bars, forgings, pipes, plates etc. All valves will be supplied with punching serial no on the body and same will be mentioned in our test certificate.

We manufacture diverse range of valves:
- Ball valves flange end – ASA 150 # – 15 NB to 300 NB.
- Ball valves flange end – ASA 300 # – 15 NB to 200 NB.
- Butterfly valves – 40 NB to 300 NB.
- Full view sight glass – 15 NB to 200 NB.
- Double window sight glass – 25 NB to 150 NB.
- Flush bottom valves – 25 NB to 150 NB.
- Disc type check valves – 15 NB to 200 NB.
- Strainers (Pot type and y type) – 15 NB to 300 NB.
Delivery
We maintain sufficient inventory of entire range of valves to fulfill ex stock delivery. At present we are having approx 2300 no of ball valves in running sizes and standards. Other valves also can be delivered on urgent basis because of inventory of raw materials and ready to dispatch valves in regular sizes.

Inspection & Testing Facilities
1) Hydraulic testing pump with batch up to 80 kg/cm2. All valves (100 %) are subjected to pressure testing after assembly to ensure reliability for valves performing under extreme conditions. The test pressure used often far exceed the standards.
2) Air compressor with max pneumatic pressure of 10 kg/cm2 for air test.
3) All calibrated instruments and gauges.All calibrated instruments and gauges.
PMI (Positive material identification) and IGC (Internal granule corrosion) tests can be outsourced if required. All dies and patterns are regularly inspected in the respect of dimensions, damages, position of number and pins etc. Preventive maintenance is a part of routine processes for uninterrupted productions.
