Project Description

Check valve is valve, that normally allows a fluid to flow through it in only one direction. Check valves have two openings in the body, one for fluid to enter and the other for fluid to leave. The eccentric disc shaft in combination with the disc seat guarantees a positive shut off of the returning media.

Addcon Check Valves combines a simple, compact but robust construction with reliability. The short face to face dimensions and low weight allows a simple space saving installation between the mating companion flanges. The valves are suitable for mounting between weld neck or slip on type companion flanges of different standards. Addcon wafer check valves are specially designed for applications where a low pressure loss is essential.

Wafer check valves are becoming the preferred type of check valve for most applications, due to their compact design and comparatively low cost.
